Dried Miki squash flavor is a straight, long and al dente noodles that can be cooked in different pasta recipes. Our dried miki have different veggie variants like malunggay, squash, monggo and saluyot. Packed in 500 grams and bundles (10 pieces of 500 grams per bundle), distributed to local markets, restaurants, groceries and pasalubong centers.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, water, iodized salt, squash puree

How to cook:

Saute garlic with oil. Add meat until golden brown. Add flavorings. Pour water and broth, wait until it boils. Put GOLDAS MIKI NOODLES. Serve while its hot You may add Bagnet/ Boiled Egg as toppings.

Special Miki Batac Recipe:

Ingredients:
Goldas Miki Noodles
¼ kl. Shredder meat
1 clove garlic
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
Cooking oil
Fish sauce
1L meat broth
1L water

Shipping fee would depend on the location. We can add to/combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs. Shipping schedule is every Tuesday and Friday with payment cut-off one (2) day prior shipping. Items ship from Ilocos Norte. Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days to Luzon, and 2-4 working days to Visayas and Mindanao. We ship nationwide via LBC.
